Arthur started his business over 30 years ago after moving South from Liverpool as a young man. The business grew extremely rapidly as he forged relations with local residents and large commercial companies. His results became so highly sought after Arthur achieved the Eton College contract.

Hot water extraction has evolved over the past few years, now using better equipment, techniques, and solutions. Hot water extraction equipment is designed to inject clean hot water based solutions at high pressure, extracting out the resulting dirty water into a separate waste tank or waste point.
This method uses the least harmful detergents and solutions, compared to many of the alternative methods, the key being water (H20)
