I felt like I broken the Da Vinci code by the time I opened your bottle of P-B. It is not only safe to prevent children from opening it--it serves the same purpose for adults. Is it possible to make a household product more user-friendly? The cap alone alienates the user not just for this particular product but from others manufactured by P&G. Please have a look at the design and try it yourself to maximise your empathy with your Customer. Please.
