I used their service for many years. They’re all smiley, ha ha, la la people! I only got to know their true face when they had to return my deposit. They inspected the property, took the keys without any comments. Few days later send me an email that I’d be charged for this and that, as a result I won’t get a penny from my deposit! Yes, they charged me over £800 and refused to return me any of my deposit money. My one month hard working income was taken away just like that.
