Horrendous people skills

This shop is lucky to be able to supply some of the most popular designers in their shop and I am assuming that is the only reason why they are still trading. The shop is cramped with little seating, a communal fitting room and the rudest staff I have ever come across. My first visit was with my friend getting married in Dec 11, she visited the shop to try on a particular designer and was told by the member of staff that her back was to wide to suit the dress and 'advised' it wouldn't suit her, how rude, my friend is a 14/16 not a 20! We walked out of there refusing to spend any money in that shop. Last week my other friend who is getting married in Aug 11 went in to have a fitting after purchasing her dress there, the owner was so rude and abrupt, completly ruining the whole experience for her reducing a normally strong woman to tears. I have been in many brides shops over the last few years and have never heard of such rude people running a shop. I would never ever recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to be made to feel fat or stupid. This isn't just one member of staff, there are about 5 ladies in there and they are all sour faced and snappy. AVOID!!!
