Beware.
My mother, in her eighties, ordered a mobility scooter from this company nearly two weeks ago. Delivery was three to five working days. Last Friday was the fifth day. My mother waited in all day and had a call at 4 o'clock to say that the courier had reached their maximum hours. As my mother was going away for the weekend we arranged delivery for either Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Thursday and it still hasn't come. This company now has a slightly different name from a year ago and is in Grantham not Nottingham. Is this a scam? I have tried to cancel and get a refund but to no avail.

refund refusal
on 16th March my elderly father (parkinsons) ordered a mobility scooter from this company, GP told him he was too sick to use it,scooter was sent back when it was dispatched. Since this time we have been trying to get a refund from this company but are ignored when we write or fobbed off when we ring. disgusting - dont use them!
