customer the scapegoat
I took a Ford Galaxy for the easter weekend. the car by itself is superb and gave an excellent mileage and I filled the tank only once in the 4 days of use. Unfortunately when I was filling the fuel I noticed the fuel cap cover open; which I failed to notice when the vehicle was delivered to me. when I went to return the car the PSD put it down as my fault that the cover went loose and put it for me to pay. my question is how can I, at single use get the cover loose and its obvious that over several filling its caused the wear and tear. Unfortunately I was the unlucky one to see it and had to pay the price.....which I feel is completely unfair. For the mistakes of several other people....PSD will make you the scapegoat!!!
