Spa quality massage!
I went for the Full Body Bliss massage which was amazing and left me feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. The salon room was tastefully decorated and calming, complete with soothing music and scented vanilla candles. Prices were very reasonable and Jo was very friendly and professional - my whole wellbeing was taken into account and she helped me with suggestions for a healthier, less stressful lifestyle as part of the treatment. I would definitely recommend Pure Harmony to anyone who wants a relaxing, de-stressing experience or just some plain pampering!

Relaxing Oasis in Carshalton
I went for the Back, Neck and Shoulder massage which really relaxed me and sorted out the tension in my shoulders. The pressure Jo used was just right and she managed to smooth most of the knots out of my muscles! It was a truly relaxing experience and I felt so much better afterwards. Jo also suggested some exercises that I might do to help with the tension in my shoulders. The decoration in the salon room was cool and calm and complemented by scented candles and low lighting and Jo played lovely soothing music whilst she massaged me. I would definitely recommend Pure Harmony to anyone who wants a really relaxing massage which is good value for money too! I'm looking forward to trying the Hot Stone Therapy on my next visit to Jo.
