Vetting

We set incredibly high standards with regards to the childcarers we have on our register. All Nannies are interviewed in person at our offices, and we ensure that:

• All applicants must meet a minimum set of criteria as regards to experience and qualifications

• Only those applicants with our minimum criteria will be interviewed in person

• Applicants CVs are checked for consistency and gaps in employment history

• All identification and qualification documents are verified

• All applicants have a valid DBS check (Police check)

• We will obtain, and speak in person to, at least two of the applicants references

• We also advise and recommend Nannies joining the OFSTED voluntary register (not obligatory)
