QDos Fitness have big ambitions.
As you may know we have been working with developers to build a fantastic bespoke 11000sq' facility in South Manchester since February 2013 and we are now fully open to the public so please come down and see us.
The Gym is split into two areas:

Downstairs: The Arena

The Arena will host all the CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, Strongman, Kettlebell and Bootcamp classes.
The Arena has a 14 metre long bespoke pull up rig designed by Bulldog Gear, Indoor and outdoor astro turf lanes for sled and prowler pushing and pulling, A peg board designed by the UK's Number 1 climber, 4000sq' of space for Olympic Lifting, Wall Ball, Gymnastics, Rowing, Ropes, Box Jumps etc. It also has a slide....just because we wanted one!

Upstairs: The Studio

The Studio will host all the other classes we have to offer including Boxing, Martial Arts, Yoga, StreetFit and anything else we have a passion for.
The Studio is a massive 4000sq' open space and looks quite different to "The Arena" downstairs. As with the rest of the gym, the studio has been designed by design company No Chintz, so expect a stylish yet cool look.
