We offer a free 30 day trial with no risk or obligation plus a free uniform to new students. Our classes are family based and parents and children can train at the same time. We also have seperate adult classes. Classes start from 3.30pm Monday to Saturday.

builds confidence
My son has attended for over 3 years now and enjoys it more than ever. He has gained much more confidence since joining and is always learning new things. I like the fact that respect and discipline is seen as a very important part of the training. I would highly recommend the classes to adults and children.

Increase in confidence
Both myself and my daughter have been attending Qi Kwan do now for the past 6 months ( 3 classes a week) and have we have found it to have been a great benefit to our overall health and confidence. Mr Coles is an excellent teacher who always encourages you to be the best you can be. I can't recommend Qi Kwan do enough, just wish I had started years ago!!

Workout with Discipline
Great workouts for me and nurturing discipline for my 6yr old Son. I go three times a week and I'm still shattered after Thursday nights classes. My Son goes with me twice a week and loves it!
