About Us

All our Partners are all highly qualified members of professional institutes and other organisations, including the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) as Chartered Quality Professionals, and the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA.) The Company is a British Quality Foundation Registered Consultancy and Training Organisation and the partners, as Members of the CQI, are all listed on the Management Consultants Register.

Our Services

Our Training Courses have been presented in the UK and World-wide for many years with a high success rate. As well as our Auditor Training Courses, we have a wide range of other Courses suitable for Training all levels of personnel in quality principles and techniques. As Consultants we will work with you to establish new systems or modify exisitng ones.

Our "Auditing Management Systems" 2 - day course provides delegates with the skills for auditing Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Systems. Detailed understanding of ISO 9001:2008 is gained through practical exercises and provides the basis for understanding the techniques of auditing. To reinforce this "live" auditing practice is provided.

With specialist projects for the DTI for the Security Industry and involvement in the creation of guidance documents for accredited registration bodies, in addition to the extensive experience mentioned above, we are particularly well placed to advise on the requirements for management systems which will not only ensure effective control of all your operations, but which will also meet with the approval of the appropriate Assessment Authorities. The need to meet the requirements of standards, such as ISO 9001:2008, means that anyone can benefit from the detailed tuition given in our Training Courses.

A vital consideration when engaging an outside consultant or undertaking training is how much will it cost and will the expenditure be cost-effective? As with any purchase the price can vary but our rates compare favourably with most others and we recognise that our fees come out of your profits and aim to ensure that the outcomes are to your satisfaction leading to enhanced performance and greater efficiency in your operations. In particular our Training Courses are very competitively priced, at £195 per head per day or less, whilst "in-house" courses are offered at even keener prices.
