Arrogant and rude!!!
If I could give zero I would!!! They do my daughter's school run and have left her stranded in Minehead and her friends! They are rude and very aggressive if approached about their lack of customer care!!!

Terrible service
If I could give no stars I would for this company. Booked a bus to take my wedding guests to and from the registry office for my wedding. The journey by car takes approximately one hour (a 22 mile journey), but when the bus arrived on the day we were told as it was an old double decker it could not pass under the bridges on the normal route and so would need to take another which would take 2 hours! This meant that it would not arrive in time for the ceremony therefore all my guests had to drive to the registry office. The company did not tell us this in advance and have now refused to give us a refund, only offering half of the money. Which bearing in mind we did not receive the service we paid for and all my guests had to use their own cars for the journey I think is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone in future, beware.

More than helpful.
I totally dispute the above comment. Travelled with this firm back in April and they couldnt have been more helpful. The driver went above and beyond the call of duty including mending some equipment that was needed for a dance routine and again before transporting home! Equipment was also carried a distance for us off of his own back and never a grumble. Have now had dealings with them again and was dealt with politely.Alterations were made to the booking without there ever being an issue made of it.

Rude.
Some disgustingly rude people in this company make me never want to hire them again. I feel horrible for the lovely lady who answers calls in the office as her co-workers are simply not nice people.
