Quinn Civil engineering Surfacing division is part of the Quinn Group that has a history of excellence within the Civil engineering and construction industries for many years.

We provide a range of conventional and specialist products for use in a wide variety of applications throughout the North of England. We are committed to providing a quality service on every contract we undertake.
