Qutis is a group of advanced medical aesthetics clinics situated in Witney, Thame, and Hertfordshire. We are a nurse-led team that specialises in anti-ageing treatments and cutting-edge skin health treatments such as Dermal Fillers, Botox, and HydraFacial. Qutis has been established for twenty years and has always been one of the most pioneering medical aesthetics clinics, being one of the first to take on Laser Hair Removal and Botox in this county.

I had a very traumatic experience at this place…. Up until now my fillers had been pleasing with Qutis, but If the result of your filler is a bit too much for your personal liking, and you request to have some removed, I personally found that I got no satisfaction at all, despite many attempts. The thing that really gets me down about this particular experience at Qutis, and one of the main reasons why I will not go back to Qutis, is that I feel I do I not actually have a choice over my own face…….. It might look fine to Qutis, but for me it was too much….. Surely it is up to me as it is as it is my face after-all????? I never even got a reply about this from the manager there…… I basically found when things go wrong at Qutis a huge brick wall goes up and there is NO way of getting over that brick wall!! No way!! Just expect a lot of pointless lip service from your nurse and to be told you look great!!! They won't sort your problem out!! When you spend over £1000 is a reply really that much to ask when there is a problem like this???? I had written rave reviews for Qutis before this had happened… I wish I had not now. All the other clinics I spoke to did not want to get involved when I asked if they could remove some. Most told me that if one of their clients was unhappy with the end result then they would do this, although it is a tricky and an unpredictable task. The reason other clinics did not want to remove any was because they did not know where the filler had been injected into. They did tell me that it is up to Qutis to follow this through.. I feel they have not.. I hope people who think about going to this clinic will take this review into account before making a decision. I am now very against going to a clinic that has nurses carrying out these type of procedures. It would be wise to make sure you go to a clinic that has a surgeon or at the very least a qualified GP to carry out your procedure. I can not stress enough how important that is. Thank you.
