R J Lift Services Ltd continue exemplary service to Ricoh UK Products Limited 2018 In June 2016, R J Lifts Ltd was chosen as the preferred contractor and was offered a one-year contract with the option of a further two. After one year of exemplary service and KPI/SLA achievement, this option to extend was activated by Ricoh UK Products Limited. The service Ricoh has received over the past year and a half has been exemplary resulting in both a dramatic increase in reliability as well as a significant cost saving over our previous contract. The engineers are knowledgeable and reliable with a passion to provide the best possible service. R J Lifts have once again received highest Vendor Rating Grade on their bi-annual review. Ricoh appreciates the great service provided and looks forward to many more years of collaboration.

I have been using RJ for quite a number of years now, for my monthly maintenance programme, breakdown call outs ( normally misuse by our production staff with FLT’s ), I have also used them for several upgrades to our current aging lift. The response, professionalism and general performance has always been outstanding by all of the staff, from the front line engineers through to any contact with the office or the managers. Response times for breakdowns in our 24 / 7 plant, was crucial in our original selection criteria, RJ have never let me down, and are normally on site within an hour from a call. day or night.
