Can't believe the bad review
Me and my family have been using R.S. Masons for years and have never had a problem with there services, they have always been straight talking and done the job as quick as possible one thing I will say is that they are always very busy and I think this does effect the time it takes for them to do our cars. Keep up the good work boys and don't let one bad review get u down cos judging by how packed your carpark always is you must be doing something right!!

avoid at all costs
The service was terrible. They kept my car for 4 days but did not fix the problem. They charged for a further repair which still did not fix the problem. The mechanics were rude and not interested in my concerns. I went to Consumer Direct who advised me of my rights, but the garage dismissed this saying Consumer Advice didn't know what they were talking about. The attitude was awful. The problem was not fixed but they still charged me £300 which I had to pay before they would give me my car back.
