UNRELIABLE
Required urgent repair on our Liebherr fridge freezer. Called John Lewis where we had purchased it. They reccomended RDA. Got in touch and made an appt. We were given a time slot between 8.30 to 1pm. No one appeared. My husband left the house and surprise.surprise there was a card maintaining they were there at 10.30 We have a bell and a strong wooden door to bang on! Called company and rearranged for the next day stressing they had to be on time at 9am as we were leaving on our Christmas break. Again no show! Am surprised JL deals with such a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Customer Services Nightmare
This company when you call them are rude and if you state you cannot be in at your property at the time of your appointment you are told 'not their problem' even though you are the consumer and it is difficult to get appropriate appointment and even turn up on the wrong day and state once again 'Not their problem you werent in'. Customer Services are awful!!
