great grub
This is a wonderful restaurant based in the centre of birmingham. The location is great so its easy to get to, and it's in a nice, well lit area of birmingham so you can can feel fairly safe whatever time your there. The food is excellent and theres an excellent choice of meals. I don't think the value is quite as good as some of the other reviewers are saying.Although its by no means expensive for where you are and the specials are worth every penny! i would certainly recommend this place especially for large groups of eaters who are looking for a lively restaurant in a great location.

Lively restaurant
This is one of the nicest restaurants in Central Birmingham. You would think as it is in the Mailbox it would be expensive but I have always found it to be well priced. The menu is always varied and the specials are generally a good choice. It is a very lively restaurant and it is very difficult to have a conversation there so I wouldn't recomend it for a quite romantic meal! The service is very good even when you go with a massive crowd at Christmas. It is one of my favourites and sure to be for a long time.
