This company installed a gas combi boiler at my house. Today I found out that this boiler cannot be serviced without removing a partition wall as it was installed in the wrong place. If this does not convince you not to use this company then please e-mail me and I will provide some more details of other problems with their shoddy workmanship and customer services. mirjambader@hotmail.com

Dreadful Service
I used Redwall Consultants to install gas boiler. I am now trying to get the boiler serviced, but it turns out that they placed the boiler in such a location that the cover cannot be removed. I will now have to pay the call out charge for the service and pay for the partition wall to be removed. Furthermore, despite agreeing to "remove from site redundant materials", they left the oil tanker and the tanks in the attic. The quote also set out that they would "fix where necessary pipe casing" which they didn't do. I had to ask them to return as they also forgot(?) to put a new valve on one of the radiators and left the timer for the oil boiler which was still live. I only managed to get them to fix that after calling them around ten times. This company provides the worst service ever (I am just hoping that the boiler was installed properly and that no other surprises come up once I manage to get it serviced.)
