AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

1. Wrong dress size ordered. 2. Dress lost. 3. Told the dress had been returned to the supplier in error. Rang supplier who said they did not have the dress and it hadn’t been returned to them. Lied to. 4. Went for a fitting, was given another brides dress which was pinned on me. 5. Asked for a refund due to all the errors. Refused. Blamed human error. 6. They agreed to do alterations free of change due to all the errors. 7. Had another 2 fittings. Still didn’t fit. It had been taken in too much. 8. Now 12 days till wedding and dress is fitting better but not perfect. Told it will never be perfect. 9 Decided to take dress away as no more time to change again. 10. Was given a bill for £325 for alterations. Was not allowed to take dress until paid. Held over a barrel. Lied to again. 11. Dress will now be altered again by a local professional so it is perfect. So if you want to be worried, stressed and lied to, go to Reflections bridal. If not go elsewhere
