Who we are
Refresh Technology was formed in September 2009 by father and son team Kevin Sumpter and Steven Sumpter to provide computer support to homes and business in and around Evesham. Kevin has a DipHe in Computing and previously spent ten years in the repairs department at Evesham Technology, While Steven has a BSc in Computer Science and has spent six years in various technical support roles.
Kevin specialises in hardware fault diagnoses and repair, and Windows on desktop computers. Steven is experienced in business IT, networks and servers as well as Linux.

The hard disk needed replacing and dirt had got into the computer and it was essentially beyond repair. When I came across the hand out which they had released earlier I thought I would give it another go. A week later, the computer was returned to me as good as new , for a modest payment.
