Jan 13. This firm have the repair work for my John Lewis supplied washer dryer. This is the third call out in three years. Previous calls all well dealt with. This time, the allocated engineer was not able to attend, after I had arranged to stay at home. I firmly explained that I did not want to wait another four days and their assurance that they would do all they could led to another engineer being found and attending on the appointed day. He found the probem and fixed it, quickly. Therefore, happy to recommend and use again. Cannot properly comment on value as it was a repair under guarantee, but had to give a rating.
