About Revived Living

Sometimes we can feel like life is like walking through treacle sometimes, a relentless juggling of balls with no end in sight? Maybe something has happened, you've had a big realisation and you want to make big changes but you don't know where to start? Or maybe you just need some timeout.

What I do is use a variety of therapies to give you clarity to focus on your goal, whether its relaxation and de-stressing or making changes and help you focus on you.
