Rights for Us - R4U Training Ltd, Training is Sharing Knowledge

We will help you retrain, gain new skills and comply with the law by ensuring that you are are appropriately trained in order to work safely. Training with R4U Ltd will aid you as a business or as an individual, all our training programmes are certified courses and are recognised throughout the UK and will allow you to demonstrate the high level of skills you possess.

Fire Warden/Marshal Course

All employers are required to carry out an assessment of the risk of fire in their workplace. As part of their fire plan, an employer may appoint competent peoples, otherwise known as fire wardens. Once training is complete staff will be competent to carry out certain tasks. This will include routine inspections such as ensuring fire exits are kept clear and that fire- fighting appliances are in the right place and alarms are tested weekly.

First Aid Emergency at Work

The First Aid Emergency at Work training course enables people designated as a First Aider to carry out appropriate first aid in an emergency situation at work. At the end of the course the candidate will be able to: manage a casualty who is injured at work, or suffers from a serious illness, while waiting for more qualified medical help to arrive. Candidates will also have knowledge of the legal requirement of First Aid at Work

Food Hygiene Level 2

Overall aim is to develop a level of understanding of the basic principles of food hygiene and safety in the catering industry. Complies with the formal training requirement showing compliance with legislation and covers major aspects of food hygiene: Includes an introduction to the New Allergen Laws.

Emergency First Aid at Work

We train you to ensure competency to deliver First Aid to any person suffering a sudden illness or injury, give care to provide and to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, and/or promote recovery. It includes initial intervention in a serious condition prior to professional medical help being available, such as performing CPR whilst awaiting an ambulance, or treating a minor injury accordingly.

If you use electrical equipment in your workplace - whether it be a kettle, desktop computer, fax machine, radio or laptop, there is a danger that if it becomes faulty somebody might be injured or even killed. Our PAT Testing team cover all of Wales. All our engineers are competently trained to IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671 and our equipment is state of the art for reliable read outs. R4U Ltd are specialists in the field of Risk Assessments and provide a fast, reliable and professional service to ensure your compliance with legislation.

Manual Handling

A comprehensive course that provides participants with information on up to date manual handling legislation including risk assessment. Successful completion of the course will enable delegates to:
• Explain the Risk Assessment process required by the Manual Handling Regulations.
• Explain the process of carrying out an individual assessment in line with T.I.L.E.
• Perform correct manual handling techniques for lifting and moving loads
