I can tailor the courses to meet the client's needs from a number of different subjects including forgiveness, love, resentment, anger, and blame e.c.t I am very versatile to meet individual's needs because this is a very complexed industry with a verity of issues of the young people. What's different about road light is where the authorities psychologise youth offending team school's aren't making a big impact due to the relationship they can't relate and it's because of that barrier the youth of today are so rebellious that's where Road light can relate there is instant connection to explore awareness and change and to be the mediator.

Motivational Services

This high impact motivational talk is for all ages, it will explore the necessary keys to life that are needed for change and to achieve goals with no limitations. It will leave the hearer feeling inspired and their heart on fire with a burning desire to use the rest of their life to the best of their ability. start creating a life of ideas, dreams and imaginations. It will provide vital information on mind-set and how to harness the power within. It will use powerful testimonies of events and use examples of change that will leave the hearer blown away.

Six Week Course

This course has five themes. Is ran over a period of six consecutive weeks. One day per week, a double session 90 min including a short break It offers vital tools and strategies to enable internal change for a life of hope and reached dreams. It has five themes: communication, thought feeling emotion proses, drug and alcohol awareness, violence reduction and responsibility. This is delivered in a non-formal urban teaching. With a terminology that the young people of today can understand and become in captured, inspired and be left in a higher level of consciousness.

Course Summary

This course is a programme designed to give AWARENESS, LIFE SKILLS, SOCIAL SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION alongside DRUG and ALCOHOL AWARENESS, VILONCE REDUCTION, KNIFE and GUN Crime, the impact this has on lives. This course is for those young individuals that are not so fortunate to have positive parental guidance, or EMOTIONALLY deprived of LOVE due to dysfunctional families, single parent families in deprived arrears, lack of positive role models, drug and alcohol abuse within families and how this can lead to neglect and psychological and physical abuse that can leave the child or young adults feeling angry, resentful and even suicidal with lack of confidence and low self-esteem this has an impact on their development and personality This can lead into DRUG MISUSE OFFENDING BEHAVIOUR, PRISONS, and INSTITUTIONS ! This course is for young people that have been affected by any of the above and it has the expertise to provide first-hand experience, knowledge, wisdom and insight. gaining skills and awareness giving them the chance to become positive young men and women, with the right guidance and support. To offer vital information that enables them to expand their awareness to be in control of their lives, thoughts, feelings and emotions, and live a life of stability, self-control and self-awareness and confidence. We will cover forgiveness, how forgiving is the key for healing and setting us free from destructive emotions we carry for many years, as young men and women these emotions can destroy our lives if we are unable to control them, and even identifying the ROOT issue that has been the stimulating factor of the destructive behaviour. We will also go into who is responsible for the above and go into the meaning of the word responsibility. What it means to be responsible? For ourselves by the decisions and choices we make in life and looking at the consequences of our actions, looking at the pro and cons of life changing choices or decisions and not acting on impulse when in high risk situations whether under peer pressure, just knowing there are always other alternatives.

Counselling

Road lights one 2 one counselling is affective and sufficient and has the empathy, unconditional positive regard and wisdom from experience. To understand the client and build that relationship with trust and the right condition for change to manifest just like a plant needs the right conditions to blossom so do we as amazing beings. Just like a cake needs the right ingredients to taste nice it's the same as life, we need the right ingredients for life LOVE?.
