Abysmal

DO NOT GET WORK DONE BY Tony. Abysmal, disgraceful. Got Tony to do a job for us, papering Hall stairs landing and some painting. Paid a pre payment before jobs started for paint of £150 (cost price of paint that was used £40). Paid a further £250 as we trusted Tony. He previously did work for my sister and was recommended. We bought paper, Tony said the paper was thin but he could work with it, we mentioned we could get thicker paper, he said no it was OK. We said again we could buy thicker paper he again refused and said the paper we had was OK. Half on the job was completed when apparently his workmate done a runner during the job (lies). We got a message saying he could not finish the job as the paper was too thin. 2 occasions we offered to change it but Tony said it was OK. Would not even answer a call from me. Will not give a refund, I will pursue this. Awful service. DO NOT GET WORK DONE BY TONY
