Don't Understand the bad Reviews
I had been recommended Robert Heath Heating by a friend and although I trust him, I still wanted to do a bit of research myself. I saw some of the reviews and was surprised to see some negative comments, and although it put me off at first, I went along with my friends recommendation, and I am so glad I did! I had a boiler installed after mine had packed in, I made an enquiry for a new boiler and within the day I had a customer service representative contacting me. The planning team were helpful and friendly, giving me the most suitable date for me, and worked their schedules around. The engineers involved who completed the job were punctual, efficient and pleasant people to have in my home. I certainly will be coming back to them for any future work!

Amazing
Never have i used a company that were as good as robert heath heating. I rung in and receieved a call back straight away from the planning team. They then arranged an appointment for me for the following morning and the engineer was here at 9.30AM. Engineer completed the job quickly and to a high standard. I shall definately be using this company again!

customer service
appalling. every appt broken -fitted used parts or didn't fix at all saying it was too late in the day to drain the system( 3.45) as he finished at 5.30! put on hold every time- no response to emails. we are tenants who unfortunately have this company as contractors. they are not interested in tenants. Don't seem to have anyone with integrity on the whole company,

Customer Service
This is has deteriated to a an absolute low, for existing Private Home Clients. Phone calls, recorded messages & e-mail all totally ignored. As a follow up made personal visit to be told no longer interested in us. Despite having them install the system & years of support for local Company with years of Service agreements this bad business.
