Poor customer service & quality of hire goods

I am very disappointed with the service received from Robert Nicol Kilt Hire in Dunfermline. We hired three kilts from them for my sisters wedding, one adult and two children's outfits. When I took the Kilts out of the bag (primarily to check the sizes for the boys) I was instantly overcome from the disgusting smell of damp of the fabric. On returning to the shop to exchange the shirt for the correct size it was clearly apparent that the whole shop had a significant problem with damp as the stench hit you as soon as you opened the door. I have complained about this on two separate occasions now and was advised on both occasions that the manager/owner would contact me to resolve my complaint. Unfortunately it has now been a month since my initial complaint, and I have received no communication whatsoever. I am thoroughly disgusted by the lack of customer service from Robert Nicol and from the unsatisfactory quality of their kilt hire. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.
