We cannot praise Roger Bates enough. We chose Roger because he seemed passionate about selling the property. He offered us the personal touch and made us feel as though we were his only client. When you phone Roger you go direct to him and not through a series of anonymous office staff. I’d like to say he offered this service because we had a top priced property but we didn’t. Our property was very modestly priced 2-bedroomed house at the lower end of the market for Basildon but that did not affect how Roger treated us. He made us feel as though our property was as important to him as it would have been had it been a mansion. He found a buyer for our property within 2 weeks.
