bad customer service

When leaving woody with the Lady i gave clear and precise instructions on which bowls to use for his food and water as he had a terrible start to life and is extremelely quirky, it wasn't rocket science, blue plastic for water and dry, white pottery for his wet food,how ever the lady looked atme like i was on day release only it appeared to be the other way round,when i picked him upafter a 3 day stay i was told he hadn't eaten any of his food only dog treats,his wet food was stillin the wrong bowl, when i called the manageress,to tell her about the member of staff ignoring my instructions i was told that she was obviously not the sharpest tool in the box and the instructions should havebeen given to her over the phone if i knew at the time she allowed staff with learning difficulties to dealwith customers i would have done, however no one else was around to recieve the dog, bad customer service, not even an apology,snotty women who takes no responsibility for her own staffs inadequacies
