I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, a Chartered Scientist and an Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society. My specialism is assessment and treatment of anxiety in adolescents and adults. Over the last 15 years I have gained a wealth of experience from working in various organisations such as the NHS (Adult Mental Health, Child and Family, Learning Disabilities), schools, private practice and the voluntary sector. I regularly attend continued professional development workshops and training courses so that my professional practice is reviewed and consolidated. I have a commitment to evidence based practice.
