GREAT JOB
another great job carried out by all the team from rotherham fireplace centre. The fireplace and stove look amazing. The fireplace was completed in the day with little disruption, the team sheeted up before starting work and were very clean and efficiant. the hetas certificate was issued on completion. This is the third time i have used rotherham fireplace centre and could happily recommend to anyone wanting a top job.

Excellent
Recommended by a friend. So glad she did. The staff were very helpful and honest and opened after hours so that we could visit the shop after work. Instalation was quick and we had our beautiful fireplace within two weeks. We also received our gas safe certificate. Thanks for our lovely fire and fireplace.

Response to Wezone - all money has been paid in full, the £400 was paid in Cash to you and your Engineers as Steve said it would be better for both of us? Not sure what he meant by that but thats what happened. I have a receipt for the payment should you or the inland revinue ever want it? I paid a deposit prior to installation and I paid in full within days of installation even though the job was never completed. If you are Hetas registered then why was that service subcontracted to a third party? 8 months after the install? The review is accurate and could have been avoided with a bit more customer focus. These review forums are my only way of expressing my experience and frustratiuon as RFC have chosen to avoid discussing these issues and my requests to resolve them. It is still not too late to discuss!

PLEASE READ. The reason Gary W hasnt recieved his hetas certificate is because he still has not paid his invoice upto date and still owes £400. the certificate is in our office and will be dispatched when payment is recieved in full. As for the many issues with the installation the job was carried out to a high specification. There was a minor issue with a slight colour difference in some black granite supplied for the hearth which is a natual material however this was changed within a week and also the hearth was bedded and pointed on sand and cement which is how every hearth in the uk is supposed to be fitted. Gary didnt like the grey sand and cement so it was repointed with black died sand and cement. these jobs we carried out within a week of the completed job. the heatas certificate will be given upon reciept of invoices been paid. Thanks for reading. we are a family business who has been trading on our high reputation sucessfully for over 32 years and we hope you visit us soon.

Very dissappointing service
Very disappointing, LOTS of issues with the installation, very poor customer service experience, 12 months have passed since the install and it is still not finalised with a HETAS certificate to say the install is to building regulations. BEWARE!
