Terrible customer service
This company also builds pools and undertake servicing and maintenance. We were regular customers of this company for a year and this year their service has been appalling. They hadn't responded to emails about opening the pool, and I asked if I should get someone else to come and do it I was told no. Came after 7 weeks drained the pool and just left it. No further response to my attempts to ask when they were coming back to finish the job. They also do construction so assume that this has now taken priority over regular serving and maintenance. Mark is aware I am going to leave negative feedback but has chosen not to respond to my emails regarding his poor customer service. Says it all really....
