They genuinely care and want you to get the best you can, and they know the ins and outs of their products and still they take all the time needed to make sure things are perfect. They care that you are getting what's right for you whether it's cheaper or not doesn't make a difference. And once it's your's don't expect to be left in the dust ether. They've helped me over every little bump in the road when I've not understood something (happens a lot) and it doesn't seem to phase them even when it's something tiny and insignificant, no matter how long it takes they'll help you understand it.
