TERRIBLE SERVICE
This must be the most frustrating plaice I have known in my life. I have had a note sent to say my book is at the sorting office. I went to collect my book, but it hasn't come back with the delivery driver yet? this was the next day?? went again the day after and no-one in the office can find my parcel? I gave my mobile for them to call me and two days later I still haven't received my parcel. I'm still waiting..... I will be taking this further.

Terrible service
Missed my parcel delivery and went to get it from Belle Isle Sorting office. They said they could not find it but they hardly looked. Tried to phone them but they never answer. Do not know what has become of item I bought off the net. They are ignorant, can not be bothered attitude.

Ridiculous Service
I pre-ordered the new GTA V, it was dispatched on the 16th from GameStop, it's now the 23rd (6 days after) and I still have not received it. I keep ringing the Hunslet depot and it must have been ringing for 5-7 minutes without even an answer. Royal Mail is getting worse and worse I used to love their services.

Post man never turn up n when he does our mail is sent somewhere else been waiting on a letter for a week and still waiting now, my post code LS104LS, over all view royal mail is going down hill fast and am not impressed at all
