Well service certainly hasn't changed since 2007 as here we are in April 2009 and they still won't answer their phone. I've left it ringing constantly and no-one will pick up. I haven't received any mail for 4 days now. I'm out in the country and presumably there's a new postie who can't be bothered to drive out to my farm.
