Absolutely rubbish we live 200 yards from the sorting office and get our mail at 1400 hrs if at all ,and most of the workers park in the street

not too friendly
i have spoken to the a few times, and the reception that you get is not to nice, i mean, speaking from a customer service rep. myself, you can atleast act happy on the phone, and not just sit there and show you clearly don't want to be there .....
