Bad Experience - Poor After Sales Service

We had Royal Polishing in earlier in the year to do a couple of rooms, firstly the stairs area was excellent and the hallway was too until we discovered that the very last part by the front door wasn't finished properly. As this was done on the way out we didn't see until the next day once the final layer of varnish had dried. I expected this would be very easy to rectify but was told the company was too busy and we would have to wait for them to come back and look at. I waited and waited and chased and chased for a couple of months in the end being completely ignored. It's true what they way, once a company has your money then you're forgotten about. We have other rooms to be done and needless to say we will not be using this company, nor will recommend them to anyone.
