Ghosted us without refund

SCAMMY!! We hired a slushie machine which turned up with a dead wasp in the blue mix. We were told when we booked that we could return unused fuel for a full refund, only to be told days before the event that they wouldn't do that and we would have to keep the unused fuel with no refund. When we asked how much fuel we needed, they quoted us 8 cans... the event took just over half a can. They obviously over-quoted us and then refused to refund as had originally been arranged. The weather was too bad to get the rodeo bull to the original location planned but we had a secondary option. We asked if we could get a refund if we didn't use it, otherwise, we would set it up in the secondary location. They agreed we could get the refund and then never paid. They kept pretending that they had tried to send money, they were having bank problems and other excuses and then eventually got rude, blamed us and then ghosted us. Generally poor, unprofessional service from the guys in the office who took our money and then cut us off. The delivery guys were lovely though.
