Rusalka Swim Schools' Reply to David H - alias Mr David Hitchmough of Toronto Rd., Portsmouth.
As usual, there's always two sides to any story, so let's tell you what Mr David Hitchmough of Toronto Rd., Portsmouth conveniently left out of his. After failing to turn up on several pre-arranged occasions, he actually never bothered to collect one complimentary underwater photograph from a selection of 24 quality underwater pictures offered to him BACK IN JUNE 2009 ! His wife later did order and did collect 3 hand produced prints from us, 2 YEARS LATER , promising to bring the cash payment for just two of them as we requested. She collected the pictures that we had left for her but left no money, which we had trusted her to do. On the telephone and by e-mail, she then promised to pay the following week but once again did not, despite stating she was very happy with the pictures. To date, still NONE of Mr Hitchmough's "hard earned cash" has been paid to us, apart from just £49.95 for his initial 30 minute underwater photo session back on the 18th May 2009! He then called to complain, saying he felt he was still entitled to a larger free print that was part of a promotional offer nearly TWO AND A HALF YEARS EARLIER and which he did not take up at the time. We thought this unfair and did initially disagree, but then did offer to supply a free larger print, providing one of the previous supplied prints, his wife had taken, was returned - and that the payment due to us was made. AT NO TIME did we tell him "he was lucky" we were doing this, nor was a date or deadline agreed for collection. The onus was on us to do the work because, of course, we still had not been paid. Mr Hitchmough now blames us because we were at a party with our young daughter, a few days later, when he chose to come and collect . Needless to say, we still HAVEN'T BEEN PAID for the pictures he already has. And now he feels entitled to print his somewhat chlldish and petulant rantings to try and discredit our whole Swim School. Other Swim Schools beware of this difficult man.

Rusalka + Customer Service = 0%
I shall not go in too much detail as I only have 2000 characters for this review. But allow me to tell you that After paying a lot of money for a photography session for my child through Yulia & her husband aka, Rusalka, the service obtained was incredibly poor, they did not deliver the product sold to me, after an argument (yes an argument with their customer) they agreed to supply under duress what I was owed and would be ready for collection the following week. To my dismay I went to collect my photo and they weren't there. I phone the business to be greeted by Yulia's husband, well, what can I say. Apparently he had no instruction to print said photo and that I should speak to his wife and then in the next breath that I (the customer) should consider myself lucky that they are going to supply me with a photo for a service I paid for, I mean, who the hell does this man think he is talking to me (a customer) like that? Did I mention that I was their customer and I paid them hard earned cash for a service that they did not provide? I have been in customer facing jobs all of my life and have never once spoke to one of them in this way, nor have I been spoken to like that by any one I have done business with. They only get one star for service because I had to put something down, otherwise it would be a minus 5 stars! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USES RUSALKA SWIMMING SCHOOL FOR THEIR PHOTO SHOOTS.... UNLESS OF COURSE YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE A PILE OF DOG ****.
