I am a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor of many years experience, working with individuals and couples, as well as offering supervision to others practising in this field. I am based at my practice in Welling, near Bexleyheath. I believe that
it is important to create a respectful relationship with my clients that enables them to discuss whatever is troubling them. In my experience this way of working at your own pace can help you to face your issues and make positive changes in your life. I have worked with a wide range of people with a broad range of problems that include : abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, stress, trauma and concerns about work/life balance.
