Purchased Chef trousers, whites, kitchen shoes and restaurant work trousers from Russums for my college course starting Monday. Great quality clothes, but poor service. Sent in ALL my measurements, to exact detail, including the information that i'm 5'5. I received the clothes and both pairs of trousers were at LEAST 5 inches too long and far too baggy. And this was their size small... The whites were like a parachute, the shoes, size 4, were also slightly too big. They didn't do half sizes. Upon contacting them from their advertisement, that stated if we had any problems with the fit to contact them, we were told that they do not have any shorter trousers (Ridiculous, seeing as if you're basically any smaller than 5'10, you're screwed.) and they were not prepared to take them back and shorten them. May I also mention that all these items in total were over £100... For things that didn't even fit. So I ended up forking out an extra £40 to get them tailored. As I said, great quality clothes, but a ridiculously limited size range and a huge rip off when it comes to the service. Will not be dealing with them again. The tailor on the other hand, will be getting a tremendously positive review.
