At Safehands PMVA the primary focus of our training is for your staff to develop an awareness and understanding of proactive strategies to help reduce the risk of violence, aggression and challenging behaviour occurring. Emphasis is placed on participants gaining an awareness of empathy, and the importance of positive relationship building. Utilising 15 years of experience in health and social care, education and security, we tailor our courses to meet the needs of your organisation.

The responses taught included the use of non-verbal, verbal, and physical techniques personal safety/breakaway syllabus which is based on an adaptation of the public health model approach.

PMVA training endeavours to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage aggressive situations, however the skills taught are in a more compact format which allows participants to utilise skills taught with minimum effort but see maximum effect.
