Harassed!
I didn't have work done with this group but we gave a person our home number to gain information to check the prices, 5 minutes after the man left our house after knocking on our door he rang the house phone asking if the appointment at 1pm was still ok for the next day...which we did not even make! After this phone call we received 9 missed calls in 1 hour!! The next day they kept on ringing so I answered and they asked if they were still coming round at 1 as we made an appointment...I asked why they rung 9 times in 1 hour as this was not professional, he responded 'well why did you not answer'. I said we do not want the windows doing as we don't need them, he responded 'we why did you make an appointment with us and give us your number' even when we did not make this appointment with this very rude man! After this I said if he carries on constantly ringing our number I will get him done for harassment, he then hung up the phone. I have never had problems like this with a company and felt very harassed! DO NOT go there!
