Dear Sir or Madam.I sent 2 boxes from bournemouth to Turkey 14 june but I havent received my boxes yet.The staff told me that it will be sent in 6 weeks maximum but although 9 weeks passed nobody sent me an e-mail or phone me yet.I m gettin worried about my luggage.I m look forward to hearing from you.
