Salon Carina evolved from the days of working and managing a busy city salon and working freelance for various promotional companies doing anything from bread commercials to private functions. South Africa is very multi cultural and I had the opportunity to do Muslim, Hindu, Greek, Jewish and African weddings and functions. All very different and beautiful in their own way.

About me

I passed my trade test in 1989 and have been a successful qualified hairdresser for 26years. Starting out with an apprenticeship at Carlton Hair International in Johannesburg then moving to Jeauval in 1989 where I became Salon Manager
