Sandler guides you on a different approach that confounds the routine sales methods

Sandler (UK) approach sales training as modern pioneers: bold and unflinching, turning off from the Beaten Track, those rambling, safe, well-trodden routes which can only ever lead to well-mapped destinations, well-charted conclusions.

Instead, we take our clients off-road, into uncharted territory. We take the direct route, confronting the natural obstacles instead of skirting around them - and negotiating them boldly, nimbly - with guts.

In this way we are like Sherpas - guiding our ambitious, visionary clients on their climb to the summit, staying with them and by them for the whole journey.

We can do this because we ourselves are brave, and weathered with knowledge and experience. Always prepared to take the difficult steps first - finding the hand-holds.

Our clients are independently-minded, motivated by freedom. Achievements have to be their own, and so would find any 'hand-holding' undignified. So we show them the hand-holds to make the climb, we encourage them to stretch and reach higher until they plant their flag on the summit.

About us

David Davies is the business owner of Sandler Training Thames Valley with his partner Laura Davies.
With more than 25 years international Sales and Business development experience David has been instrumental in helping organisations achieve lasting sales success.

A passionate, innovative and award-winning Sales Coach, recognised for transforming potential into profitable performance. He has worked for most of his career with small-to-medium size multi-national sales operations. Organisations where consistent, sustainable, scalable growth was the number 1 subject on the board agenda.

David's mission as a Sales Leader has always been a simple one. Helping people to and beyond their goals is the best and only way to achieve your own.

He understands the pains business owners feel when their salesforce use traditional selling methods. He has used, trained, coached and evangelised those 'tried and tested' selling methods for many years. The effects were often inconsistent and certainly did not lead to the desired level of performance predictability.

In 2013 David joined the EMEA Sales Operation of a US software company
.
They are a Sandler house and David was immediately absorbed into the Sandler Selling System, putting that system to use with immediate effect. Using the Sandler methodology and approach ensured consistent growth and a period of unprecedented success in the region.

Over time he found he wanted more than just sales success, he wanted to fundamentally change how salespeople sell and how they feel about sales.

This led David to join the Sandler Selling System family as a business owner within the Thames Valley area in 2015.
David possesses a proven track-record of success, bringing value to any organisation looking to develop in the area's of leadership, management, sales (Inside or Enterprise) and strategic customer care.
