I am a fully qualified and experienced Holistic Therapist. As an insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists I abide by the Federation's Code of Conduct and Professional Practice, assuring my clients receive high standards and utmost professionalism.

Holistic Therapy is used by people for a variety of reasons. Some use it alongside conventional medical care, to help them manage or cope with a specific physical, mental or emotional problem. Others use it as a means to maintain good health as the therapies help to relieve tension, encourage relaxation, relieve anxiety and stress, improve mood and aid sleep.
