Carpet and Rug Cleaning

SAWCO Cleaning and Maintenance use cleaning products by Prochem (who are the leaders in the industry for carpet and fabric care) and a heat extraction cleaning system that deep cleans your carpets, flushing the dirt and pollutants from the fibres.

Stain Protection

Once your carpets have been cleaned we highly recommend the use of Scotchgard to help protect your carpets from accidental stains.

Upholstery, Curtains & Mattress Cleaning

One cleaning process will not work on all upholstered furniture due to the variety of material and fabrics, we will advise you of any special fabric issues. Special considerations such as colour fastness and dimensional stability of the fabric must be made. Be assured at SAWCO we will provide the cleaning process that's right for your particular upholstered fabric whether it's wet or dry cleaning.

Stain Removal

We offer a 24hour stain removal, excess water and odour removal service. We can eliminate 99% of stains using our environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Please be aware the sooner we are able to tackle the stain the easier it will be for the stain to be removed. The longer a stain is left the less chance there is of removing it.

We strongly advise you DO NOT used any household cleaning products to treat a stain as many leave behind a foam residue that can discolour and damage your carpets and fabrics.

Please notify us immediately if the stain is due to blood, vomit, urine or any other bodily fluid or matter.

Our advice at SAWCO Cleaning and Maintenance is if you spill a cup of coffee or a glass of red wine please blot the stain and then simply call SAWCO
