Santa's Busy Helpers
Santa came early for us this year with a fantastic offer from 1clickprint, my wife took up their facebook deal and ordered a canvas print for my mother of the kids. got to say i was well impressed with the quality and price and although i dont usually take the time to write reviews ( save for trip advisor ) i felt this company needed some credit. i have taken a look at their site and i'm pleasantly suprised to find that they print other things as well, i will be ordering business cards shortly.

promotional items and more
1clickprint have been my printer of choice now for the last 6 years, i regularly run club nights and as such i use lots of promotional items, posters and flyers being the most common although i have also purchased a couple of canvas prints recently as the Christmas offer was too good to miss. i cannot recommend this company enough, they helped me when i started up as my quantities were quite low , i was also a bit of a pain as i didn't really know what i wanted or the best way to go about it. Rob's artistic genious has gotten me out of a few holes over the last few years. keep it up guys

my canvas is great !
i got my canvas a bit late but cant complain as it looks great and only cost me 5.99 through thier facebook offer. i did get a call to say my picture was low quality, i took it off facebook as i didn't want my friend to no i was having the picture done. Dominic helped me get a better picture and Jenny was over the moon with her gift thx Dom xxx

Pop Up Banners
I have just received 2 roller banners from 1click and i am delighted with them, they were ordered for a trade show this weekend and as usual i left things a little too late. Nathan at 1click is a diamond as he rushed my order through at no extra charge and they arrived this morning as promised. I click also did the design for my banners as i am pretty useless at that kind of thing and the cost of £150.00 for both banners including artwork ( and a three day turnaround ! ) is fantastic. i will be recommending 1clickprint to anyone and everyone. james.

Facebook canvas Deal
i have just ordered 2 more canvases after my initial order for Christmas as the photo i had printed of my daughter has gone down so well with her grandparents. the print quailty is great and my canvas arrived promptly by royal mail as i chose the cheapest delivery option. thank you 1click for making my christmas affordable :)

Nasty customer service
If ineptitude was the only feature of this company I would not have bothered with a review, but they were downright vindictive towards me so here we go: After first managing to 'lose' my order, when I queried the whereabouts of my goods they told me that they'd been dispatched and would chase their courier company and get back to me with delivery details. Of course they didn't get back to me and when I emailed them later that day I got an auto-reply saying they'd closed down for Xmas - so without knowing even the name of the Courier company let alone the reference number I had no way of tracking down my girlfriends Xmas presents! I posted on their facebook page asking for help but my posts were deleted and I was subsequently blocked from posting there, despite using no profanities whatsoever. Seems that not everyone at 1Click had broken up for Xmas. Here's a suggestion for 1Click: stop trying to gag your disgruntled customers and put the same energy into trying to actually help them instead.

KGB canvas deal
Ordered a canvas print thought the recent offer on KGB deals. As per usual I'd left it to the last minute to get it for my mum on mothers day. Paid the extra for the express delivery which was quoted at 5 days. Print turned up after 3 days via city link. Print quality was really good. It made mum's day and didn't cost much even with the express on. The online previewer was easy enough to use although I had to install adobe flash to get it to work

Very bad- still no delivery
brought a canvas and ordered it on the 30th November as it was a Christmas present it said I was well within the cut off period for it to be here for Christmas. I spoke to them a week before and theydaid it should here for 2 days before Christmas eve....well it's the 2nd jan and still nothing delivered no email and no confirmation or apology. Been trying to call their phone and get no answer. Regardless whether I paid £8.50 or £85 this was a deal thy advised I would have it for Christmas! I will never use again unless I need a canvas 3 months in advance!!

Nice Canvas
I was hesitant in placing an order with 1clickprint as I had read mixed reviews about them, however as the prices were so good I took a chance. I needn't have worried. Delivery was a little slow (3 and a bit weeks) but I wasn't in a rush. The quality is good and I would happily use them again.

Very nice business cards
Ordered 500 litho business cards. Delivery time was fine at about a week but the quality was exceptional for the price. Would have given 5 out of five if there had been a couple more options for the finish but the matt lamination that is the standard option did look very good

Good service in branch
I ordered a canvas using the advertised A3 canvas for £8.49 deal. I called into the doncaster branch with an old photo and the person there scanned and cropped it for me at no charge. Can arrived in reasonable time and the print looks great.

Flyer Prints
Used 1ClickPrint for my flyer prints. Didn't notice a small error in my price list so couldn't use the original prints. 1ClickPrint offered me reprints at cost which arrived quickly. Print quality was really good on both sets and Paul at 1ClickPrint was helpful through out

Not bad - Really nice quality prints
I ordered a set of canvases from 1ClickPrint after purchasing a voucher from KGB deals. I wasn't sure about how my photos would look on canvas so I went to their Sheffield branch and sat with Ian who took the time to show me on screen how my canvas prints would look. I collected them last week and they were exactly as promised. Spot on quality

Dont deliver when they say they will
1Clickprint have offered a great deal on Groupon - get canvas prints at a fraction of the usual price. Great - but then you have to wait weeks for delivery, when their website claims delivery is quick - 5 day turnaround. When you approach them to ask for an update, they say they are very busy and can't give you a delivery date. I ordered these canvas prints as a birthday gift - the birthday has passed already and I still have no idea when the prints will arrive. Appalling service
